How does the Ronhill TRIBE work?

The Ronhill TRIBE is our way of thanking our customers for their support by making them feel part of the team. For every $1 spent Ronhill TRIBE members earn 10 running KMs, which can be redeemed against purchases through our online store. Every 100 running KMs = $1 to spend.

How do I enter my birthday information?

In order to receive your birthday bonus rewards, you will need to provide your birthday in the Earn more section of your ‘Unlock Rewards’ Panel.

Your birthday reward will show up in a list of all of the rewards you can earn. By clicking on the Edit date button next to the reward, you can enter and save your birthday. You can then Save this information to your account.

The points will be rewarded once a year on your birthday.

How do I refer a friend?

Click on the ‘Unlock Rewards’ tab in the bottom right hand corner of your screen. Here you will find a unique URL that you can share with your friends. Once they have entered their email they will instantly receive a voucher for $5 off their next purchase.

Once a purchase is completed by them you will receive your referral bonus of a $5 voucher. Easy!

How can I see my running KMs balance?

Click on the ‘Unlock Rewards’ tab in the bottom right hand corner of your screen any time to view an up-to-date balance of your running KMs. From here you can explore more ways to earn and redeem them.

How do I redeem my running KMs?

Click on the ‘Unlock Rewards’ tab in the bottom right hand corner of your screen. From here you can click on the ‘Ways to redeem’ tab and then the ‘View’ button next to Order Discount. You can then select the number of running KMs you would like to redeem using the slider and once you click the “Redeem’ button you will be provided with a discount code to use in your shopping cart.

If you decide not to use the code straight away, don’t worry, it will remain in your rewards to be used at a future date. You will also receive an email with the code for your reference.

How do I change my personal details?

You can click on the account button in the top right corner of the page to review previous orders and account details. You can only edit your addresses from here. If you need to make any other changes please email us with details.
