Challenge yourself with fellow runners and walkers this October 2022The world famous #RunEveryDay run streak is a challenge to any runner or walker to see how many consecutive days they can run/walk throughout the month of October.
The rules: A minimum of 1 mile (1.6km) per day.
Our founder Dr Ron Hill MBE holds the world record of 52 years 39 days without a day's rest. Now it's over to you to set your own record.
There are no winners and losers. #RunEveryDay isn't a competition. It's a personal bid towards accomplishing something you never thought you could. Whether you're 7 or 70, an accomplished distance runner or just starting out walking, this challenge is for you. It's all about being more active and getting the most from your body and life.
Join us this year for more kilometers, memories and the chance to win some quality Ronhill gear.
How to take part
It's very simple. Follow us on Facebook, Instagram or Strava and share/upload your pics, videos, maps, or words of wisdom. Remember to tag us at #RunEveryDay and #RonhillNZ.
We will select the most inventive and inspiring entries throughout the month and reward them with some amazing spot prizes. Remember this is about personal goals and getting whole families active and not who is the fastest or goes the furthest.
At the end of the month one lucky winner will be selected at random to win a Ronhill prize pack valued at $250!
